Welcome all my classmates and friends, we are beginning second semester and once more we can comment our opinions and continue expressing ideas, likes, etc... Today I would like talking about my favorite book, "El Principito" witted by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry . This was one of the first books that I read. First once was with 10 or 11 years, I admit that i don't understand much, but I liked the story of friendship between airman and child. Because you didn't know "El Principito" tells the story of an airman who was lost in the desert and see a prince and they talk about life, and these stories leave teaching, narrated by metaphors. And I’m safe that the imagination of the book captivated me. Well, I grew a bit and reread the book, but now understand the metaphors and it meaning, I also related with everyday situations. Actually I read it so many times I lost count, because I feel that always I can learning something new and I´m able to surprise me every time I read it. Now, for me is a book that resume what is essential to try to be happy, and what “adults” forget about our life based on money and work. “El Principito” is excellent book for all ages, it´s a constant reminder the simplicity of life. I Love it! "And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."
